- Abstract
This paper presents the results of a study of the physicochemical properties and migration characteristics of chalcogenide glasses based on the Ag–As–Se system. It is found that, according to the studied sections, the glasses have mixed ion-electronic conductivity and Ag+ ions are the main carrier. In this study, the values of microhardness, propagation velocity of longitudinal and transverse ultrasonic waves, Poisson's ratio, and Young's modulus are experimentally obtained.
