- Abstract
Inclusion of students with behavioural difficulties remains the most challenging for schools. Using the ecological model of Bronfenbrenner (1979), this article presents the results of a research aimed at documenting favourable and unfavourable conditions for its implementation. Based on a qualitative interpretative approach, interviews were conducted with 67 school staff from 5 secondary schools in Quebec. The results reveal that the quality of teaching practices plays a decisive role in the establishment of an inclusive school that can support the success of students with behavioural difficulties.
