The article presents a case study on Boden, a British mail order clothing retailer which desires to integrate a highly personalized catalog across its customer touchpoint. It notes that the integration has generated 30 percent increase in customer response rates through social media and e-mail. Also discussed are best practices learned from the initiative citing the use of a startling front cover to gain the reader's attention, and a simple segmentation to enable content customization
