- Abstract
This article describes a case of a middle-aged woman who presented with acute cholangitis combined with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and total visceral inversion. The report highlights the importance of considering rare diseases in the differential diagnosis and improving the accuracy of diagnosis. The patient underwent surgery for bile duct stones and cholecystectomy, but due to incision infection and poor healing, the family opted for anti-infective treatment instead of chemotherapy for AML. The article emphasizes the need for more clinical experience and data to improve the diagnosis and treatment of such rare cases.
