- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a male patient referred for fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) with a mass over the right supraclavicular area. It states that in FNAC of the case, the existence of cohesive cellular clusters and syncytial aggregates of large malignant cells with occassional organoid pattern associated with pseudomucinous materials, possibilities of other large-cell malignancies, including poorly differentiated carcinoma, could not be excluded completely.
