The article discusses the highlights of a roundtable discussion of young certified public accountants (CPAs) held on June 25, 2014 at the offices of the New York State Society of CPA (NYSSCPA) in New York City (NYC). Topics discussed include accountancy education, work-life balance, and the public perception of CPAS, as well as the impact of technology, mentoring and networking, and the value of CPA designation.
