- Abstract
The article focuses on the implementation of an E-Verify program, a voluntary electronic employment verification program, which effectively helps employers in fulfillment of the employment verification requirements by the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). It analyzes employer's liability for common forms of misuse of E-Verify that result in employment discrimination such as national origin discrimination under decisional analysis in case United States v. Maricopa County Community College.
