- Abstract
The article focuses on the bill passed by the New Hampshire Legislature in 2012 limiting the rights of the non-resident students to vote in the state elections. Topics discussed include changes in the significance of domicile for the non-resident students, limitations of the students' identity cards (ID cards) for voting purposes and role of the Twenty-Sixth Amendment in lowering down the voting age from 21 to 18. It mentions about the judicial opinion of the court on Carrington v. Rash.
