A conference paper about existence of Liberty of Conscience in Christian-Jewish relation is presented. It states that seventeenth-century Amsterdam is viewed as an oasis of religious toleration in early modern Christian-Jewish relations. It discusses the issue of affecting the first population of Jews to settle in the Dutch Republic that is known as the Portuguese Jews by Christian.
