- Abstract
Tuberculosis is an infectious disease, seen among all the age groups and common in our country. If it is seen among older age groups, it causes slient clinical signs. For this reason, diagnosis of the disease may be late and the disease may develope high mortality and morbidity rate. In this study, a 78-years old patient with recurrent tuberculosis which developed axillary lymphadenopaty and spondylodiscitis while examining lung malignancy due to mediastinal lymphadenopaty, The diagnosis, clinical findings and treatment results of extrapulmonary tuberculosis were presented in older age groups.
