- Abstract
Margin squeeze cases are complex with a high probability of errors due to methodological choices and dependency on reliable and relevant data.Ex ante Regulation can provide guidance to competition authorities on the efficiency/ feasibility of entry models and help them to identify which unavoidable costs should be taken into account Margin squeeze is not abusive per se and a theory of harm should be part of the assessment carried out by courts and authorities.
