- Abstract
The author discusses the procedural change in the first 10 years of the current Chief Justice of the United States, John Roberts. It mentions that the apart from his role in Supreme Court Chief Justice occupies other administrative post like the head of the Judicial Conference, the national policymaking body for the federal courts. It also mentions the changes in rules in the Roberts Court era, partisan rule reform and the origins of the Federal rules of civil procedure.
