- Abstract
The article discusses legal issues on the conduct of warrantless border searches of cell phones of airline passengers in international airports in the U.S. and proposes new procedural standards in conducting said searches. Other topics include how said searches intersect the Fourth Amendment protections and the conventional warrant requirement exceptions for administrative and border searches.
