- Title
What constitutes good practice?
- Abstract
The article presents the opinion of some individuals concerning animal welfare prosecutions in Great Britain. Sally Case of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals stated that as a lawyer, she is concerned with the agreement and appreciation by courts about good prosecution practice. John Webster, a professor at the University of Bristol, explains that good practice means promoting the provisions contained in the Five Freedoms of animals.
