- Abstract
The article presents a study which identifies the anatomical damage that could be linked to the neurological/neuropsychological deficits in children with malignant posterior fossa tumor (PFT). The children enrolled in the study underwent a neuropsychological evaluation. The results indicate that neurological deficits were predictors of cognitive performances and the extent of cerebellar deficits and motor impairment were correlated with the degree of damage to the dentate nuclei and vermis.
