Title
Poverty pressure.
Abstract
The article talks about the state of poverty of Nepalese families. Many of these families are landless and jobless. About a third of the country's 28 million people survive on less than a dollar a day. To this day, only the Ministry of Education is involved in the rehabilitation when involvement of more ministries is needed. The author believes that more humanitarian and poverty-alleviation support is needed, otherwise, the kamlari system of selling girls for labour will never be abolished.
