- Abstract
The article discusses the study on the management compensation system of domestic firms and multinational corporations (MNC). The study compares the dissimilarity in practices between domestic firms and MNC across a scope of capitalist archetypes. The result of the study shows that MNCs, unlike domestic firms, has more potential to encourage compensation systems that motivate managers base on organizational performance.
