- Abstract
Our paper examines the dimensions of employer brand value as levers of a potential employer attractiveness through organizational tenure. Results confirm the relevance of the segmentation thanks to this moderating variable: below 2 years of organizational tenure, employees are mainly attracted to brand value relative to positive social relations, whereas between 3 and 5 years of organizational tenure, skill development and the interest of work appear as the main levers of a potential employer attractiveness. Beyond 6 years of tenure, social relations and a competitive remuneration package seem to be the determining levers of an employer attractiveness. Our research provides useful insights to practitioners to successfully face the talent war through the fine-tuned valorization of the various dimensions of the employer value proposition.
