- Abstract
The article discusses the eleven resolutions discussed during the European Tribunal on Human Rights. The first resolution discusses religious freedom and elaborates on the fight being waged by Jehovah's Witnesses in Austria for recognition as a religious society. The second resolution deals with freedom of speech and focuses two cases in France and Turkey. The last resolution discusses limits to laws pertaining to freedom of religion. This discussion touches upon limits placed upon religious freedom and briefly discusses a case that came up in Spain on the religious use of the psychotropic substance Ayahuasca.
