The article presents the case study of a 9-year-old boy presented to the children's clinic at Howard University College of Dentistry with a fractured left permanent central incisor. It was revealed in a periapical radiograph that there were several intrapulpal foreign bodies. By using the acid-etch bonding technique, the tooth was restored with composite resin but the patient did not return for adequate followup once the restoration was completed.
