- Abstract
The article focuses on the exclusion practice in Europe, particularly in Great Britain, France, and Belgium. It refers to Article 1F of the 1951 Convention wherein its provisions, purposes, and principles have been deemed as undeserving of refugee status and should have been excluded from the protection. Moreover, it offers an overview on the application of Article 1F in the tree countries mentioned as these countries have applied more often that other European States.
