- Abstract
CAT plays a vital role in the design and manufacture of mechanical parts. It is an important link in the whole design process of mechanical products. It determines not only the performance and assembly quality of the product but also the manufacturing cost of the whole product. Therefore, it is very important to study the precision design of CAT and there is an inevitable link between it and the optimization of the mechanical manufacturing precision. In this paper, the accuracy design of CAT was studied based on the process of Agricultural Mechanization. It established database module by using Access2010 database and effectively used the Access2010 database controls in the Visual Basic NET to realize size tolerance, form and position tolerance, surface roughness query and design of label interface. What's more, it edited the corresponding program according to the design in order to achieve automatic marking function and improve the efficiency of drawing. We are able to learn from the research on the precision design of CAT in the process of Agricultural Mechanization that a convenient query and automatic marking system for the mechanical synthesis tolerance developed in this paper have the advantages of convenient operation, flexible system, friendly interface, flexible rotation and so on. At the same time, it has a broad market and good practical value.
