- Abstract
There are numerous causes of unwanted costs in site. Often times these costs come camouflaged as claims and others come in the form of cost overruns incurred due to extended stay on site beyond the planned time. These costs could be triggered by either party to the contract or their representatives. This paper is attempted to identify the unnecessary costs in construction sites in Malaysia.
