The article discusses the diagnosis of dextrocardia in an old man based on electrocardiographic findings. Dextrocardia is a rare condition often discovered incidentally and in relation with other congenital abnormalities. The patient initially complained of shortness of breath and chest pain. A situs inversus totalis has been found in the patient through a computed tomographic scan.
