- Abstract
In this research we present a digital project that compiles testimonies of people who were either victims, or suspect they have been victims of child abductions that occurred in Spain from the Civil War until the early 90s --better known as the "stolen babies" plot. To this end, we have recovered the methodology of oral history since, as Vilanova (1998) points out, oral sources can help explore the silences of the majority and explain why this occurs. The recovery of the memory of those affected has been accompanied by historical studies in a permanent dialogue between memory and history. The participation of associations for the recovery of historical memory has been key to its realization.
