- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 28-year-old Turkish male with pan-ulcerative colitis (UC) with a three-month history of diarrhea and abdominal pain. He was admitted to the accident and emergency department with acute abdominal pain and bloody diarrhea after eating a chicken kebab. His medical examination showed that he was apyrexial, tachycardic with lower abdominal tenderness while his blood tests and plain radiographs were normal.
