- Abstract
This paper identifies and describes typology and hierarchy of actual landscapes in the central part of the plateau Casimcea (Dobrogea province, southeastern Romania). Identification was made by analyzing the geographical factors that led to the genesis and evolution landscapes. There were identified and described units and subunits landscape, physiognomy and functionality based on the current dominant genetic factors (rock, water, climate, vegetation and human activity). The result is the landscape hierarchy of central Dobrogea Plateau. There were issued necessary measures to protect landscapes for Casimcea plateau.
