- Abstract
The article reports on determining antimicrobial resistance of streptococci isolated from mastitic bovine milk samples in Korea. 178 isolates of various Streptococcus species were examined wherein 8.9% of the isolates were susceptible to all antimicrobial agents used in this study. Most streptococci were susceptible to cephalothin and penicillin while they are resistant to tetracycline, lincomycin, and others.
