The article presents a clinical diagnosis of a 44-year-old insulin-dependent diabetic man with peripheral vascular disease, hypertrophy and bone fractures. His condition deteriorated, resulted to several complications requiring an insulin infusion. He was discharged on standard triple immunosuppresive therapy and a calcium-channel blocker.
