- Abstract
The article discusses the findings of the Study of Hague Child Abduction Convention Outcomes Post-Return to Australia abduction that examined results produced by the Convention's operation on abducting primary carer mothers and their children post-return to Australia. Topics discussed include the challenges experienced by families that face international parental child abduction, the Australian Family Law Act to resolve parenting disputes post-return, and equal shared parental responsibility.
