- Abstract
The article discusses whether Operation Titstorm, a cyber-attack on the Australian Parliament House website, is a terrorist act under Australia's Criminal Code Act 1995. It says that Anonymous, a group of protesters launched the attack against the plans of Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd's government to introduce an internet filter prohibiting various pornographic images. It adds that the attack would meet the positive requirements of a terrorist act in section 100.1 of the Code.
