- Authors
Jones, Clyve
- Abstract
The article presents evidence on who among the members of the British House of Lords voted in support of and against the provision of subsidy for Austria during April 1741. The author also examined the factors behind the House's attempt to oust the prime minister, Sir Robert Walpole. According to the author, previous sources of the Austria-related voting event were inaccurate and the author presented his evidence and arguments to support the claim.
