- Abstract
Postmodern network societies transform social conduct from interactive, personal relationship toward pattern recognition and profiling. Personal risk propensity increasingly derives from intersecting »critical « indicators, which mutates the classical concept of »risk« into a judgment driven perception of »potential danger« ready for elimination. The pathway toward such a »final exclusion« contradicts our constitutional order as well as our interpretation of humane sociality in which deviance and otherness will become moderated and included instead of becoming delivered to exclusion and elimination.
