Nonstate Actor Participation in International Law and the Pretense of Exclusion.
- Authors
PAUST, JORDAN J.
- Abstract
An essay is presented on nonstate actor participation in the international legal processes and the pretense of exclusion. It explores the false myth concerning nonstate actors and the pretense of exclusion by identifying such actors with formal participation from the 1700s to the early twentieth century in legal processes. It also looks into the specific forms of these actors' formal participation which should recognize that there have been actors in the international law and legal processes.
