- Abstract
The article discusses diagnosis of cold pediatric patients. Cold is caused by virus; there are different types of viruses such as Rhinovirus, Coronavirus, Influenza virus etc. The treatments used are antibiotics, over the counter (OTC) cold and cough on parents demand. It suggests that parents should be educated about the misuse of antibiotics and OTC below 5 years children's, because of its effects in long run.
