- Abstract
The article focuses on the study that examines the effect of salicylic acid (SA) in the regulation of expression of the mitochondrial genes of Lupinus luteus L. The study was performed on the etiolated cotyledons of yellow pine or Lupinus luteus L. cv. Druzhnyi, due to its high sensitivity to exogenous phytohormones. It reveals that SA significantly affects the intensity of mitochondrial genes encoding the components of the main electron-transport chain.
