- Abstract
The article discusses the aspect of secrecy which establishes the connection between literature and democracy. It explains on the problem of the secret in literature in accordance to Jacques Derrida's discussion. It discusses on a heretical writing which describes the opinions and rhetorical dissidence clarifying the explanation of Derrida about democracy. It also explores on various literary writings talking about secrecy such as "Literature in Secret" and "The Gift of Death."
