- Abstract
The article presents examination of the the synchronism seen between early dynastic Israel and the 21st dynasty of Egypt, considering the relationship between Siamun, an Egyptian pharaoh and Solomon, the king of Israel. Topics addressed include ideas on chronology of Egypt and Israel, problems in the chronology of Egypt for the 21st and 22nd dynasties, and the date of the starting point of Solomon's reign and his relationship to Siamun.
