- Abstract
The article discusses the future of Saudi Arabia's royal family as the country rises to be the top oil-producer country in the most important oil-producing region in the world. Experts observed that such rise resulted to raise concern on the political stability of the country. Both good and bad news imply a more balanced perspective which is supported by the implications of economic development and social modernization which they say were influenced by the inflow of oil revenues.
