- Abstract
The article discusses the study on the combined method using axial vibration control (AVC) and axial heating process (AHP) for crystal growth which is submerged in the melt. It mentioned the developing of control scheme for heat-mass transfer which combines the advantages of the two technigues and the application enables to grow single crystals from materials which has different heat conductivity.
