- Abstract
Political culture is the set of attitudes, beliefs and sentiments which give order and meaning to a political process and which provide the underlying assumptions and rules that govern behavior in the political system. It encompasses both the political ideal and the operating norms of a polity. Political culture is unique to each state. Political culture is result of political processes. The general division of political culture is on: political culture of the people and the political culture of the politicians. We shere the political culture of politicians whit the political culture of power and political culture of the opposition. The political party is a voluntary organizations of citizens, established to fulfill and protect political, economic, social, cultural and other rights and beliefs and to participate in the process of making political decisions when participating in the government. Developing and improving the culture of behavior of politicians depends on the progress of a state. It is a process that never ends, even in those countries where there is a high degree of developed democracy and have long been members of the European Union. It involves the implementation of reforms that are part of the progress of each state, that is everyone who tries and wants to be up to date with the demands of the new centry. Reforms do not exist only for countries that want to be part of the European Union. They are an integral part of every European government agenda. The presentation of a low level of political culture and dialogue also speaks about the level of development of the state in which this person is a politician. The culture of a country builds all citizens together, all together give a picture of what country it is about.
