- Abstract
The concept of creation and existence of the European Union includes series of positive elements which allow citizens a better life in and outside of their countries, in the EU, covering recognition of educational and professional qualifications, labor mobility, economic and cultural prosperity. On the other hand, this expansion and opening of borders between countries makes them open to various violations of legal regulations, abuse of legal system, easy transfer of illegal activities and illegally acquired profits from one place to another, less accessible to law enforcement authorities, mutual cooperation of criminal groups, etc., that extend and multiply transnational crime too. This situation implies problems, but requires solutions too. Therefore, we see the need of finding, setting and achieving of transnational justice. Setting up and resolving with the help of mutual dialogue and international legal cooperation will contribute, primarily to improving relations between countries, mitigate and resolve their mutual problems through common interest and a common solution.
