- Abstract
The article analyzes the role of multidisciplinary research methods inside practices of youth human rights advocacy. The need and request for grounding interaction among forensic social workers, psychologists, youth workers, Human Rights activists, and lawyers, judges, attorneys, in order to strength the advocacy offered to incriminated youth (as young and underage subjects of juvenile crime), has leaded the processes of data gathering. The article highlights the following questions: 1. How the absence or the weakness of multidisciplinary aid affects the rights of incriminated youth? 2. Where researchers and forensic experts need to focus the lines for defining the multidisciplinary research methods to youth advocacy?. By introducing the main concepts of multidisciplinary approach and theories, and especially those concepts which are important guides to youth advocacy, the article call for a new and more defined criteria in coordinating youth HR protection practices within structures of justice system.
