- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 29-year-old female with irregular headache amid a diagnosis of craniopharyngioma at the age of 7. The result of the computed tomography scan showed a grade 1 cystic tumor from the sella turcica. An emergency resection was conducted followed by radiation therapy, with the patient experiencing complete blindness, polyuria and difficulty sleeping.
