- Abstract
The article discusses the ethical issues on adverse medical events in Radiation Oncology centers. Topics discussed include cases of common medical errors in the Radiation Oncology department such as wrong dose of radiation, and administering treatment to the wrong area of the body. Also discussed are disclosure steps radiation therapists need to take in case of adverse medical events to help make radiation treatment become safer.
