- Abstract
The article provides an overview of the scientific achievements of domestic and foreign scientists in the study of the question of differentiation of population incomes, in particular the disclosure of dynamics and social consequences of distribution and redistribution of income, their impact on the living standards of the population, peculiarities of formation of incomes sources, the problem of overcoming of poverty and marginalization of the population, improvement of methodological base for development of new perspective directions of social-economic development of regions. The author of the article the analysis of income of Ukrainian citizens on a regional principle, the causes of the emergence and deepening of regional income differentiation of the population. Given the specialization, the location of the regions, the level of urbanization of certain territories, identified areas with the greatest and lower incomes and the factors that influence them. In particular differences in incomes, their dynamics and structure in the context of different types of cities of the country on the level of production and social infrastructure, the dynamic of development, the demand for goods and services. Taking into account modern tendencies of economic development of the regions of Ukraine, investigated the potential growth of welfare of their populations, the majority of which is the salary, differentiation of payments which are investigated by kinds of economic activities. Proposed effective state policy measures aimed at overcoming regional income differentiation of the population of Ukraine, preventing territorial pockets of poverty, lack of resources for subsistence and appropriate conditions for human development. In particular, the focus will ensure the formation of investment and innovative development and promote business development. The proposed measures will allow to attract additional financial resources to meet the income of the employed in the relevant field workers, to ensure sustainable and harmonious regional development of Ukraine, which ultimately will reduce the income differentiation of the population on a regional principle.
