- Abstract
An increasing number of studies show that the change of autophagy level in normal cell have a dual role in influencing the development of tumor and the efficacy of antitumor drugs. Cervical epithelial cell autophagy activity changing impact on the occurrence and development of cervical cancer is uncertain, and the relationship between autophagy and cervical cancer chemotherapy drug research is less autophagy activity in cervical epithelial cell impacting on the occurrence and development of cervical cancer remains to be determined. In addition, there were a few researches report the relationship between autophagy and the effect of chemotherapy drugs. Reviewing the latest research reports about the effect on autophagy occurrence and development of cervical cancer and the related research of the interaction relationship between autophagy and cervical cancer chemotherapy medicine, to further understand autophagy plays an important role in the development and treatment of cervical cancer, which provide a reference direction for the new therapy of cervical cancer.
