- Abstract
Translation of research projects to chemical comprehensive experimental for undergraduates is vital to facilitate integration of scientific research and college teaching, which makes great contribution to the cultivation of scientific research and innovation abilities of undergraduates majored in chemistry. This article takes "pyridine-oxazole fluorescent probes" as a specific case to establish a comprehensive chemistry experiment for undergraduates. The experiment considers the following four basic factors including comprehensiveness, systematism, operability, and openness. The comprehensive chemistry experiment established on the basis can stimulate both innovative thinking and innovation consciousness of undergraduates, and realize the goal of systematically cultivating students' experimental abilities and overall quality.
