- Abstract
The article offers information on study which compared the efficiency of somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) using porcine oocytes that were striped from their cumulus cells at different maturation time. It found that removal of cumulus cells before the maturation of oocyte nuclear enhances enucleation rates without affecting porcine cloned embryos. It informs that the technique helps in improving the SCNT efficiency in a porcine model.
