The article looks at the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case Riley v. California related to requirement for law enforcement to obtain a warrant prior to any cell phone search incident to an arrest. It mentions the Fourth Amendment rights for privacy against unreasonable searches and seizures. It also mentions that the U.S. Constitution provides protections against law enforcement warrantless cell phones searches.
